1.Greek Salad with Avocado
- Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes
- ½ avocado
- ½ cup onion
- 1 clove of garlic grated
- Some parsley
- Salt
- 1/2 tablespoon of oregano
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 1 slice of feta
Instructions
In a medium bowl, cut in small pieces tomatoes, avocado, onion, garlic and parsley. Add a slice of feta and add salt, oregano, olive oil and vinegar. Your salad is ready.
2. Salad with Peanuts
Ingredients
- 1 lettuce
- 1 bunch of rocket leaves
- Some dill finely chopped
- ½ cup of pistachio nuts
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic
- Salt
Instructions
In a bowl cut lettuce, rocket and dill finely chopped. Pour the peanuts and sesame seeds. Pure olive oil, lemon juice, a little balsamic and a bit of salt.
3. Green Salad Strawberries and Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 chicken fillet baked
- 1 bunch of baby spinach leaves
- 1 bunch of rocket leaves
- 1 cup of strawberries cut in the middle
- 10 chopped tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of pine nuts
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic
- ½ teaspoon of honey
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
Bake the chicken and cut into strips. In a platter, put the rocket, spinach, strawberries, chicken, cherry tomatoes and pine nuts. Pour over with olive oil, balsamic and honey. Pour some salt and pepper and serve.
4. Salad with Kale, Brussels sprouts and Bacon
Ingredients
- ½ bunch of buns
- 300 grams Brussels sprouts chopped
- 5 slices of bacon baked and chopped
- ½ cup almonds grated
- ½ cup pecorino grated
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- ½ onion 1 clove of garlic
- ¼ cup. Olive oil
- Salt

Instructions
In a large bowl, stir cloves, Brussels sprouts, bacon, almonds and cheese. Put all ingredients in the mixer until a thick sauce is created. Pour in the dressing and serve.
5. Rice salad with roasted tuna
Ingredients
- 4 tuna fillets
- 1 lettuce 2
- 300 g Green beans
- 3 potatoes cooked
- 1 fresh onion finely chopped
- 12 chopped cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 onion
- 25 olives without pits
- 2 tablespoons of white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- Some caper
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
Boil the beans for 5 minutes and potatoes for 15 minutes to soften.Bake tuna fillets in grill for 10 minutes. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and pour in the vinegar vinegar, mustard and oil. Bon Apetit!
