Muay Thai, or else, Thai boxing is seen as the "Art of the Eighth Edge". The sport involves punches, kicks, and knocks with elbows and knees making eight contact points to the opponent, unlike the two points in boxing (punches) or the four points in kick boxing (punches and legs). Like all martial arts, Muay Thai promotes the athlete's mental and physical abilities, teaches self-defense techniques, develops strength, alertness, endurance and discipline and helps in weight loss.

The kick boxing is a fighter sport that combines boxing and kicks. He has his origins in karate, Thai boxing and Western boxing. It is widespread throughout the world, teaches self-defense techniques, promotes good physical fitness and body coordination.
"Kyokushinkai" means "the Society of Supreme Truth". Kyokushin is a kind of Japanese full-body karate. His philosophy is based on self-improvement, discipline and hard workout. According to his founder, Masutatsu Oyama, the true nature of the person's character is revealed through intense tribulations. Knee or kick kicks are allowed, but not punches, head and face.

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a complete fighting contact sport that allows the use of techniques and skills from various types of martial arts. It is allowed to use punches and kicks and various grappling techniques. Athletes are fighting from an upright position and from a ground position. For this reason, athletes from different types of martial arts can compete in MMA.

Boxing is one of the most popular fighter games based on the ability of athletes to fight off their opponent using only punches. Good reflexes, handshake and good support and movement on the legs are factors that affect the performance of athletes.
