The Company G. Katsantonis S.A. was established in 1957 by the brothers Nikolaos and Theodoros Katsantonis at the village of Geraki Ilias, a few kilometers East of Amaliada town, near Ancient Olympia. With their experience and expertise in cultivating and harvesting olive trees in the fertile soils of the region, they built the first mill for producing high quality olive oil. Today, our Company is one of the leading companies in Greece for producing high quality EVOO.

With the valuable experience gained from the mill, in 2008, the Company developed their brand new facilities in a private area with new management under Mr. Georgios Katsantonis. The Company then expanded in producing and packaging both conventional and organic/bio extra virgin olive oil exclusively from Koroneiki variety. Our brand’s name “Kronion” derives from the “Hill of Kronos” from the world famous Ancient Olympia archaeological site. This makes our EVOO a very attractive and promising product of origin for every market since thousands of tourists visit Ancient Olympia each year.
