Loyal to tradition, the inhabitants of Tirnavos on Tuesday, before the last Sunday of the Carnival, commemorate the celebrations in honor of Dionysus, which culminate on Clean Monday with Bourani (oil-free vegetable soup).

"Bourani" for the locals and "Fallos feast" for visitors is the custom established in Tyrnavos, a custom that has its roots in Dionysian worship and that is why its history is lost in the depths of the centuries.
